Terrance Goh

I am a corporate lawyer in our Corporate and Commercial group in Singapore, where I advise a diverse portfolio of both local and international clients on a wide spectrum of corporate matters.

My practice centres on guiding clients through complex corporate transactions, with particular experience in cross border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory work. I frequently support clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial structuring and negotiation to execution and post completion implementation.

Over the course of my practice, I have acted for numerous companies in relation to their acquisitions, divestments, investments, collaborations and restructuring exercises, as well as other strategic commercial arrangements. These engagements have allowed me to work closely with clients across a broad range of industries, including energy, blockchain, education, technology, logistics, and emerging sectors. Our client base spans early stage start ups seeking to scale their businesses to well established corporations executing strategic regional or global initiatives.

In addition to transactional work, I advise companies—including several Fortune 500 companies—on establishing and expanding their operations in Singapore. This includes assisting with regulatory and compliance considerations, corporate structuring, and governance‑related matters. I also regularly support boards and management teams with ongoing corporate governance, operational, and risk management issues, ensuring that their Singapore entities remain aligned with global standards and best practices.
