I am a senior associate in our Corporate and M&A team in Munich and advise clients on corporate matters with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. I am committed to providing our clients with tailored, solution-oriented legal advice to help them achieve their business objectives efficiently and effectively.
I specialise in M&A transactions with a particular focus on the energy and retail & consumer sectors.Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I started my legal career at a boutique law firm specialising in renewable energy. I then joined a leading German law firm where I advised clients on project-related corporate matters.
My practice combines a profound understanding of corporate and transactional law with extensive knowledge of the energy and retail sectors, ensuring that I can provide comprehensive support to our clients' business needs. My aim is to provide high quality legal services tailored to the specific needs of each client, helping them to navigate complex legal landscapes and efficiently achieve their business objectives.
After completing my legal training, I obtained a postgraduate Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on M&A from the University of Münster, and I am a certified specialist in commercial and corporate law admitted by the Munich Bar Association.
