Bird & Bird has advised longstanding client GetHarley on its $52m Series B financing round led by Index Ventures with participation from Headline Ventures and Visionaries. Founded in 2019 by Charmaine Chow, GetHarley is a telehealth platform that connects consumers with skincare clinicians and related products. Bird & Bird previously advised GetHarley on its Series A financing.
The Bird & Bird team consisted of
