Bird & Bird advise Nrep in development project regarding business and services center in Tuusula

International law firm Bird & Bird advised Nrep, a leading real estate investor in the Nordics, in a project regarding the development of a new business and services center in Hyrylä, Tuusula. The center will include a new municipal hall for the municipality of Tuusula, Prisma store (with auxiliary stores and services), a 2-storey underground parking hall and a parking area. The aggregate area of the 6-storey building will be approximately 35,100 sqm.

The construction of the project will start in summer 2024 and is expected to be completed in autumn 2026. The project management contractor will be Jatke Toimitilat Oy and the main designer will be Arkkitehtitoimisto Olla Oy. 

The firm advised Nrep on all aspects of the project, including construction, land acquisition, and lease arrangements.
