International law firm Bird & Bird has advised the shareholders of 2i Limited on an eight-figure investment by London-based Private Equity firm Rockpool Investments.
2i Limited is a software testing and quality assurance provider that helps organisations across the private and public sector to safely roll out major IT programmes.
The Bird & Bird team was led by Corporate partner Simon Fielder along with Edward Reardon (senior associate), and Thomas Davies (associate) from the Corporate group. Also assisting on the deal were Andrew Rink (senior associate) and Simon Gough (legal director) from the UK Tax group, Natalie Ali (associate) from the International HR Services group, and Harry Osborne (associate), Jenny Stockford (legal director) and Joss Hargrave (partner) from the Finance & Financial Regulation group.
