Bird & Bird ATMD has advised SuperX AI Technology Limited, a NASDAQ-listed full-stack AI infrastructure solutions provider, on its strategic investment in MicroInference Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based solution provider specializing in compute and networking within the NVIDIA Partner Network.
This investment marks a significant step in SuperX’s long-term strategy to build a high-performance AI ecosystem and strengthen its supply chain for advanced NVIDIA servers and networking equipment. The move addresses the growing global demand for full-stack AI solutions. By acquiring a majority stake in MicroInference, SuperX gains enhanced access to specialised technical expertise and solutions within the NVIDIA ecosystem. This partnership will support SuperX’s mission to develop next-generation intelligent infrastructure and accelerate its growth trajectory in the AI sector.
The deal was led by Corporate Partner Marcus Chow and supported by Senior Associate Luke Oon and Associate Karen Ho, further emphasising Bird & Bird’s expertise within the AI and technology sectors.
