About Me

As a partner in our Dispute Resolution Group in Paris, I take a pragmatic approach to disputes, combined with deep expertise in French civil procedural rules in all aspects of litigation (mediation, negotiation, lawsuits, and enforcement).

I have been working as a qualified litigation attorney since 2008, assisting mainly international corporations with respect to their disputes.

My expertise covers a wide range of commercial and civil liability disputes (unfair competition, distribution, breach of agreement, breakdown of established contractual relationships, failure of tech and industrial projects, liability of technical intermediaries, e-reputation, cyber-security) for clients from the Tech, media, automotive and aviation sectors.

Being fully up-to-date with all new trends in tech & comms and with a real appetite for innovation, I have a genuine added value for all tech & comm related litigations. These skills allow me to provide my clients with effective and successful assistance in their disputes.
Cases
  • Assisted a software editor with respect to the claim raised by its customer in relation with the implementation of a standard solution which was allegedly not adapted to the client's need and wrongly implemented. The value of the claim was several million Euros and after several months of technical investigations by a judicial expert, this case was amicably settled in a favourable way for the client.
  • Represented an insurer regarding the disputes brought by several of its providers in relation with the reorganization of the network. One of the disputes went to mediation and another one has been settled directly between lawyers. In both cases I succeeded to convince the opposing parties to reach a settlement agreement with which the client was very satisfied.
  • In addition to the various disputes faced by the French branch of a vehicle constructor, I'm currently managing the day-to-day issues it faces with its dealer network (breach of the dealer agreement regarding the sale of competitors products by the dealer, use of the client signs by independent sellers) and with customers (vehicles involved in accidents, allegedly non-compliant products etc.). In 2017, the Paris Court of appeal rejected the claim raised by a dealer who went into liquidation allegedly because of my client's lack of support in relation with the increase in parallel imports and put an end to this litigation I was taking care of since 2010.
  • Successfully assisted Chinese companies before the international chamber of the Paris Commercial court regarding the claim brought by a former commercial agent despite the jurisdiction clause agreed between the parties in favour of the Chinese courts.
