I am a dual-qualified Corporate/M&A lawyer working as a Consultant in the Budapest office, advising clients on complex cross-border transactions across the financial, technology and energy sectors.

I support clients in navigating and executing strategic deals - from mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments to corporate restructurings and energy-sector transactions. Having worked on both common law- and civil law-governed matters across the CEE region and internationally, I bring a nuanced understanding of cross-border deal execution and stakeholder management.

My cross-jurisdictional experience enables me to manage multi-party, multi-jurisdiction transactions efficiently, coordinating with international teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and commercially effective outcomes.

Alongside my Hungarian qualification, I am admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales, which strengthens my ability to advise clients in multinational environments and on complex cross-border matters.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at a major Hungarian law firm, where I focused on mergers & acquisitions and corporate law matters. During my studies, I interned at several international law firms in Hungary and also abroad.

• I was part of the team that advised a Hungarian company that provides end-to-end encrypted 'file sync and sharing' for businesses, in a €11.5m Series B financing. The transaction was very complex as it involved the coordination of a secondary buy-out and the parallel investment of 40 plus investors (including new money and the conversion of debt) as well as the subsequent transfer of the investment under a Luxembourg holding and the establishment of a complex employee share option scheme.
• I was involved in the acquisition of a European clinical research organisation located in Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia by a specialised services company supporting next generation approaches to drug development and commercialisation for up to $42 million. The acquired company was set up with five companies, each of which was held equally by the two founders. The deal involved a group reorganisation, with simultaneous signing and completion in each of Hungary, Poland and Serbia, with the Romanian and Slovakian companies having previously been transferred under the Hungarian entity.
