I am an associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice group in Singapore. I advise on commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory issues.

I advise on local and cross-border corporate matters. With a focus on corporate transactions, such as mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring, I act for clients across a broad range of industries, including the energy and utilities, technology and communications, and healthcare sectors. I am attentive to the specific requirements of every client, be it a multinational corporation or a budding start-up, ensuring that their legal needs are met with precision and care.

I also advise on regulatory compliance and corporate governance. This includes providing guidance to foreign companies on the dynamic local corporate and regulatory landscape as they seek to enter the Singapore market. In addition to acting for corporations, I advise regulators, charities, and associations on their legal and governance matters. In each instance, I strive to deliver optimised legal solutions tailored to the client's business circumstances and aspirations.

• Advised a Finnish technology services company, which provides managed services for industrial companies, on its acquisition of the shares in a Singapore-based group that provides high-end IT solutions.
• Advised a US medical devices group, which is a leading global provider of medical equipment for surgical and sterilisation products, on their Singapore joint venture with a Japanese conglomerate that provides sterilisation services.
• Advised a developer and provider of renewable energy solutions in Singapore on their virtual power purchase agreement.
• Advising government authorities on pathfinder projects.
