As a member of our international Corporate / M&A team, I advise our clients on all aspects of transactional and non-transactional corporate law.

Over the years, I have gained broad experience in advising purchasers and sellers in German and international M&A as well as investors in venture capital investments and financing rounds. This includes drafting and negotiating term sheets, share/asset purchase agreements, investment and shareholder agreements, joint venture and merger agreements and the coordination and undertaking of due diligence procedures. I have special expertise advising our clients for investments as a minority shareholder and in Joint Ventures.

I offer our clients a deep understanding of their business in the automotive, technology and communication as well as the financial services sector. I am an expert in the field of restructuring with a particular focus on insolvency scenarios and proceedings.

For several years I have worked as in-house counsel in a corporate legal department where I gained experience in all aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, which allows me to tailor my practice exactly to our clients' needs.

Prior to joining our firm, I worked as in-house counsel at the world's leading manufacturer of braking systems and at a leading international multidisciplinary firm.
