As a highly experienced member of our international Corporate / M&A team, I advise our clients on all aspects of transactional and non-transactional corporate law.
The focus of my practice is on advising clients on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and venture capital transactions.I offer our clients a deep understanding of their business in the automotive & mobility, technology and communication, as well as the financial services sector. I am an expert in the field of restructuring, with a particular focus on insolvency scenarios and proceedings.
Prior to joining our firm, I worked as in-house counsel at the world's leading manufacturer of braking systems and at a leading international multidisciplinary firm.
