Mateusz Bednarski

I am a senior associate in our Tax team in Warsaw. I support clients on a range of tax issues.

I am a licensed tax advisor, and specialise in domestic and international tax issues resulting from various types of commercial transactions. I have experience in conducting tax audits and due diligence reports, and I also represent clients before tax authorities and administrative courts. In addition, I support our corporate, M&A and real estate teams on the tax aspects of their matters, including transactions involving buying shares, stocks and assets.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience working in the International Corporate Tax department at KPMG. In 2017, I obtained my accountant's certificate issued by the Association of Accountants in Poland.
