Mireia Juncá

I am an associate in the Commercial team in Madrid.

Since entering practice, I have focused on commercial and advisory work for national and international clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations, across industries such as healthcare, telecommunications, retail, media & entertainment (including gaming and sports), and others.

My expertise also extends to intellectual property and digital law, with experience in GDPR compliance as well as in compliance-related inquiries stemming from new and upcoming EU data regulations.

I have a strong interest in consumer protection and dispute resolution, particularly in the context of emerging technologies and the digital economy. Being part of Bird & Bird's commercial team provides me with the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment that integrates these areas seamlessly.

I am also a member of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club (CEIA).

In addition to my native Spanish and English, I am fluent in Portuguese, French and Catalan.
