Pauline Pilain

I work as an associate in our commercial and dispute resolution teams in Paris, where I assist French and international clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.

I provide detailed advice for French and international clients in the areas of IT law (IT agreements such as software licenses, integration and SaaS agreements), consumer law (localization of terms and conditions, advertising, and marketing agreements) and internet law (e-commerce, terms and conditions of a competition, qualification and liability of technical intermediaries, and geoblocking regulation).

In addition, I assist French and international clients on contentious matters involving commercial, civil and information technology issues from the pre-litigation phase to the enforcement of the court decision.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I trained in the TMT teams of several Paris law firms and in the legal department of major fashion brand allowing me to understand the concerns and expectations of the clients.
