About Me

I am an associate in the commercial team in London, working with clients across the retail & consumer, media, entertainment and sport sectors. I am also part of the games sub-sector.

I enjoy helping consumer-facing brands launch, operate and grow their e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, online shops, websites, games and other applications. I have a breadth of experience in advising on regulatory compliance issues, particularly in the field of digital regulation, consumer law, advertising and marketing. I have direct experience with managing regulators, including responding to ASA investigations and my six-month secondment in the Consumer Enforcement Team at the UK's Competition and Markets Authority. Additionally, I often coordinate multi-country projects for clients seeking to expand their international reach and navigate local law compliance.

I also support clients with various types of B2B and B2C commercial contracts. These include subscription contracts, EULAs, terms and conditions, contractual notices, influencer contracts, talent agreements and other service agreements.

I have a keen personal interest in video gaming and enjoy supporting clients in this sector. I advise on age ratings, loot boxes, gambling regulation, virtual currencies, micro-transactions, subscriptions models, and other game-related commercial issues. I regularly provide training on these topics and break down these issues for a range of audiences.
