Bird & Bird is pleased to welcome Nimrod Badur as a new Real Estate partner, based in Stockholm.
Nimrod joins from Nordic law firm Hannes Snellman, where he was a senior associate. He specialises in commercial real estate, covering real estate transactions, infrastructure projects, sale and lease back transactions, joint ventures, development projects, commercial tenancy law, as well as construction and commercial contracts law. His practice also includes hotel leases and property formations.
He regularly manages complex projects for domestic and international clients, dealing with both day-to-day matters and large transactions.
