Bird & Bird has advised Kersia, a global leader in food safety and biosecurity, on its acquisition of the food and beverage business of Polish company Radex Zbigniew i Tomasz Nagay sp.k., which specialises in the production of chemicals and hygiene systems.
The transaction was supervised by Rafał Dziedzic (Partner, Corporate and M&A), and supported by Mariya Borsuk (Senior Associate, Corporate and M&A) and Stanisław Sodolski (Junior Associate, Corporate and M&A).
