International law firm Bird & Bird advised Slättö (a Nordic real estate investor) in the purchase of a hotel property in central Helsinki at the address Kasarmikatu 40.
The property includes the iconic former Hotel Rivoli Jardin building which will be refurbished into a modern and high-quality hotel in collaboration with the new operator, tech-powered, short-term rental operator Bob W. The property is to be refurbished into a Bob W location certified under the environmental scheme LEED. The property will offer 55 rooms and suites and will use technology to give guests a high-quality living experience with the authenticity and functionality of an actual home.
