International law firm Bird & Bird acted as a legal counsel for Toivo Group Plc (“Company”) in connection with its accelerated bookbuild offering in which the Company offered for subscription through a directed share issue to institutional and other qualified investors in the aggregate 3,333,333 new shares in the Company and raised gross proceeds amounting to EUR 3 million. The offering was completed on December 18, 2023.
