The Czech Bird & Bird transactional team advised Aricoma, a leading IT services provider, on its acquisition of Clarystone s.r.o., a provider of system and integration data, voice and image transmission solutions.
Aricoma, part of KKCG investment group, provides services involving IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, corporate applications, cyber security and public sector digitalisation.
The addition of Clarystone to the Aricoma family will expand its portfolio of technologically advanced solutions and services while strengthening its position on the digital market.
The transaction team, led by Ivan Sagál, comprised of attorneys Ľubomír Brečka and Karolína Rösler. The M&A team was supported by Tech/Digital team led by Ján Kuklinca, Partner during the due diligence process.
