International law firm Bird & Bird has advised Nrep, one of the leading real estate investors in the Nordics, in a large real estate arrangement. This involved an acquisition of a seed portfolio of 11 care homes by the joint venture established by Nrep and Plus Hoivakiinteistöt Oy. The total investment value is approximately €70 million.
Our assignment included all legal advice and support for Nrep in acquisition of the seed portfolio.
