International law firm Bird & Bird advised Fonds Stratégique des Transitions (FST), managed by ISALT, on its participation in the €16 million Series C financing round of EPSOR, a fintech dedicated to employee savings and pensions.
FST led this financing round, in which historical investors Blackfin Capital Partners and Revaia also participated.
FST's institutional support marks a key step in accelerating Epsor's development and consolidating its position in the French SME and large group segment, by helping HR departments to manage and enhance their employee savings and retirement schemes.
By raising this capital, the fintech, which was founded in 2017, aims to triple its assets under management by 2027, and is preparing for future external growth operations to target a place in the French TOP 5.
