Hertta Hytinantti

I am a senior associate in our Privacy & Data Protection group and Commercial group in Helsinki, where I advise our domestic and international clients with data protection, other data regulation, and cyber security regulation.

I have experience in data legislation and commercial contracts in particular. Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked as an in-house legal counsel for a multinational logistics company, where I focused on data protection, commercial contracts, and consumer protection. Prior to my graduation, I worked in other notable law firms where I assisted with IT law and M&A related matters.

I am a business-oriented lawyer striving to find the most effective solutions for our clients. Due to my in-house experience, I have a solid understanding of the businesses' needs and perspectives, enabling me to apply a pragmatic approach to legal matters.

I have studied Law at the University of Helsinki and at the University of Utrecht. I work fluently in Finnish and English.
