About Me
I am an associate in our corporate team in Copenhagen where I advise Danish and international businesses on M&A and general corporate law.
I advise clients on M&A processes, including structured sales processes, private equity investments and other types of business transfers. In cooperation with my colleagues, my advice includes everything from project structuring and management and the strategic considerations in this connection to due diligence and the drafting and the negotiation of transactional documents.I further advise clients on the corporate rules, including on the formation of companies and changes to the company structure, the management and ownership structure, drafting warrant programs, due diligence and general corporate issues.
