I am a Counsel in the Commercial Practice in Paris, advising clients on their commercial matters, from negotiating and drafting strategic contracts to consumer relations, with a particular focus on the new technology, retail and media sectors.
I advise clients on their commercial relationships with other traders (customers, suppliers, distributors, agents, online platforms). I have significant experience in drafting and negotiating services, distribution, partnership and franchise agreements across technology, retail and media sectors. I have also developed expertise in contracts for the supply and procurement of key resources in the technology sector. My work in this area focuses on providing business-oriented legal solutions that align with clients' objectives and protect their interests and key assets.
My practice also covers issues that clients encounter in their relationships with consumers, including in the context of their online commercial activities. In particular, I advise platforms and national and international e-commerce sites on the development of their activities in France and more broadly in Europe (commercial practices, marketing, advertising, online gaming, etc.). In this regard, I assist clients in navigating the complex regulatory framework governing consumer protection, digital compliance, and online sales. My approach combines an understanding of evolving market practices with legal compliance.
Having worked in legal departments for large companies, I am able to quickly understand clients' requirements and priorities and deliver advice that is both strategic and operationally relevant. I value building long-term relationships with clients based on trust, efficiency and a deep understanding of their business challenges.
I closely follow national and European regulatory developments in the field of technology and data, particularly the impact they may have on clients' commercial contracts and e-commerce activities.
I also regularly contribute to publications in my areas of focus and participate in conferences on these topics.
