International law firm Bird & Bird advised the City of Jyväskylä on the €84 million sale of a social and healthcare property portfolio to Infranode. The portfolio consists of thirteen social and healthcare properties, including also health stations in Kyllö and Palokka.
Our assignment included comprehensive legal advice to the City of Jyväskylä, including among others the contract negotiations and transactional documentation.
