International law firm Bird & Bird advised the City of Oulu on the €165 million sale of a significant community property portfolio to the eQ Community Properties Fund. This portfolio includes six healthcare facilities, such as the Oulu City Hospital, along with two major parking facilities.
Our assignment included comprehensive legal advice to the City of Oulu, including contract negotiations and transactional documentation.
