Bird & Bird Copenhagen have assisted Danish private equity fund Axcel with their buy and build strategy, where the European consulting and software company NTI Group has acquired French NAKO Group together with Autodesk Gold Partner Eurostudio and the Danish company Invent A/S.
Since 2004, NTI Group has expanded its presence to Sweden, Norway, Germany, Iceland, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain, and with these two acquisitions, NTI Group further expands its presence in France and Denmark.
The Bird & Bird team assisted Axcel with all aspects of both transactions ranging from transaction documents, due diligence, and reinvestment by the management of the acquired companies.
Our team was led by partner Mette Mernø Hans Jakobsen and partner Morten Rosenmejer from Bird & Bird in Copenhagen and partner Bertrand Lévy from Bird & Bird in Paris. The rest of the core team consisted of associate Kristoffer Saceanu Saugman, associate Vincent Babin and Augustin Piqueras.
