Bird & Bird has recently advised Webbing Solutions on its acquisition by Wireless Logic, owned by international private equity firm Montagu Private Equity

Founded in 2010, Webbing delivers innovative enterprise grade, global connectivity and internet of things (‘IoT’) services that are designed to provide reliable, secure and continuous internet connection between business, people and things wherever they are located. Webbing is a market leader in eSIM technology and has pioneered the shift towards the new GSMA eSIM standards for IoT (SGP.32). Webbing’s technology is used across sectors including agriculture, medical devices, energy & utilities, automotive and transport and logistics.

Wireless Logic is an international software business that delivers a critical IoT network infrastructure platform.

Bird & Bird acted as UK counsel alongside Webbing’s lead counsel, Meitar Law Offices in Israel.
