International law firm Bird & Bird has advised sellers on the acquisition of 9Solutions by ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in access solutions.

 

9Solutions, a prominent provider of AI-powered Real-Time Locating System (RTLS) healthcare ICT solutions, will reinforce ASSA ABLOY’s current offering within the Senior Care business.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Oulu, Finland, 9Solutions specialises in critical communication and collaboration solutions within the healthcare sector, using an innovative and cloud-native platform to integrate real-time locating infrastructure with connected devices, offering customisable solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare systems.
