International law firm Bird & Bird advised Nrep (one of the leading real estate investors in the Nordics) in a project regarding the development of a residential building in connection with the shopping centre Arabia in Helsinki. The project consists of 188 new build-to-rent apartments which will be upon completion part of Nrep’s Juli Living brand (a concept specialised in rented housing).
The project will be completed by the end of 2026. The main contractor will be Jatke Uusimaa Oy and the main designer will be Arkkitehtuuritoimisto B & M Oy.
Bird & Bird advised Nrep on all aspects of this project.
