Bird & Bird advised MNSTRs shareholders on its acquisition by Project Worldwide Inc.

International law firm Bird & Bird has advised the shareholders of MNSTR (pronounced monster), a French communications agency, on its acquisition by Project Worldwide Inc, a US network of multidisciplinary creative agencies.

The Paris-based agency, which has been in the hands of its founders since it was set up in 2010, is the first European communications agency to join the international Project Worldwide Inc. group, which now employs more than 2,300 people in 16 agencies and operates in 42 markets around the world.

MNSTR, which works in the luxury goods, entertainment and sports sectors, will play an active role in the group's development in Europe, bringing its specialist expertise to the London, Amsterdam and Stuttgart offices.
