Bird & Bird ATMD LLP has advised Integrated Eduverse Pte. Ltd. on the successful sale of SUN Education, one of Indonesia’s largest student recruitment agencies, to StudyIn (formerly SI-UK), a leading global education consultancy.
SUN Education operates a nationwide network of 27 offices across Indonesia, employing over 230 staff and placing approximately 2,000 students annually into universities across the UK, Australia, and other international destinations. The acquisition strengthens StudyIn’s multi-destination platform and deepens its presence in Southeast Asia, a key growth market for international student mobility.
