As a technology fan, my passion lies in the legal aspects surrounding the implementation of innovative technical solutions and the changes they bring to various industries and everyday life.

I have nearly 15 years of extensive experience in commercial contracts, information technology and data protection law. My focus is on transformation projects, projects related to digitalisation, as well as projects based on data management.

As the advent of artificial intelligence began to reshape the world, I recognised its profound implications for the legal landscape and strategically positioned myself at the forefront of this transformative wave. Harnessing a deep understanding of the interplay between law and emerging technologies, I provided critical legal advisory services to clients navigating the complex terrain of AI implementation. My work encompassed key issues such as data privacy, intellectual property rights, cybersecurity and ethical considerations, and liability aspects of AI applications, ensuring clients not only stayed compliant but also leveraged AI capabilities to their fullest potential in a legally sound manner.

I also have significant experience in negotiating and implementing complex technology solutions, cloud computing, cyber security and digital market regulatory issues. Last but not least I support clients in intellectual property, e-commerce and consumer protection law related aspects.
