International law firm Bird & Bird has acted as legal advisors to Copenhagen Optimization in connection with their recent agreement to sell a majority stake to InfraVia Capital Partners.
InfraVia is a European private equity firm specialising in infrastructure and technology investments, focusing on sectors like energy, transportation, and digital infrastructure. This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone for Copenhagen Optimization, a leader in providing innovative solutions for airport operations. The collaboration with InfraVia Capital Partners will enable Copenhagen Optimization to accelerate its growth and continue to revolutionise the aviation industry with cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights.
The Bird & Bird team advising on the deal consisted of partner Morten Rosenmejer and associates Kristoffer Saceanu Saugman and Magnus Holm Pedersen.
