International law firm Bird & Bird advised Slättö (a Nordic real estate investor) on the purchase of an office property at Lönnrotinkatu 20, in central Helsinki.
The property will be refurbished and converted into a modern and high-quality aparthotel in collaboration with the tech-powered, short-term rental operator Bob W. Bob W will be a tenant at the property which will comprise a total of 99 rooms when the project is completed, and Lidl will remain the ground-tenant of the property.
The project was led by Counsel Tuukka Korhonen (Real Estate & Infrastructure) assisted by senior associate Joanna Puhto (Real Estate & Infrastructure), partner Ville Alahuhta (Tax), associate Matias Vikström (Tax) and senior Counsel Kristiina Lehvilä (Finance & Financial Regulation).
