Bird & Bird recently advised The Social Gaming Group on a development agreement with RMAL Hospitality PJSC for the franchise of tech-based darts concept, Oche, and shuffleboard venue, SHUFL, in the UAE.
The Social Gaming Group is a technology-based concept developer, responding to a growing global trend by fusing hospitality with competitive gaming.
