International law firm Bird & Bird has advised Arm Holdings plc on their strategic investment in Raspberry Pi Ltd. Arm has acquired a minority stake in Raspberry Pi, marking a key milestone in an already successful partnership between the two companies in delivering critical solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT) developer community.

Through this, Raspberry Pi aims to be an engine for creativity, learning and innovation across the globe.
