International law firm Bird & Bird advised FCG Finnish Consulting Group Oy on a strategic transaction in which FCG sold its software business subsidiary FCG Digital Ltd to Grade Holding Ltd. The transaction will make Grade Group the market leader in HR technology for the public sector in the Nordics.
Bird & Bird's expert team in Finland supported FCG on this transaction, which will allow FCG to focus on services, particularly in the education, public sector consulting, built environment design and energy sectors.
