International law firm Bird & Bird has advised City & Guilds on the sale of the Kineo group to Mind Tools. The transaction involved the sale of City and Guilds Kineo (UK) and the assets of Interact Learning (Australia), which was led by the Corporate team in London and Sydney.

This transaction represents a strategic move designed to progress learning innovation and democratize the provision of workplace learning, reaching a greater number of customers globally.
