International law firm Bird & Bird has advised City & Guilds on the sale of the Kineo group to Mind Tools. The transaction involved the sale of City and Guilds Kineo (UK) and the assets of Interact Learning (Australia), which was led by the Corporate team in London and Sydney.

City & Guilds is a global leader in skills development, offering qualifications and apprenticeships across various sectors to help individuals and businesses achieve their potential.

Kineo is a global workplace learning company dedicated to enhancing business performance through innovative learning and technology solutions with operations in the UK, Australia, US, South Africa, Argentina and Mexico. Mind Tools is a platform that provides managers and leaders with resources to build confidence, resilience and leadership skills. This transaction represents a strategic move designed to progress learning innovation and democratize the provision of workplace learning, reaching a greater number of customers globally.
