Bird & Bird LLP advises M-League Pte Ltd ("Mobile Premier League or MPL") on the acquisition of Berlin-based GameDuell GmbH ("GameDuell") including its international subsidiaries.

Mobile Premier League is one of the world’s largest mobile eSports and skill gaming platforms, with over 70+ games on its app on iOS and Android. Founded by Sai Srinivas and Shubh Malhotra in 2018, MPL has expanded rapidly with over 90 million users across India, Indonesia, and the US.
