Bird & Bird advises CapMan and management on the divestment of service business CaPS

International law firm Bird & Bird advised CapMan Plc and CaPS management on the divestment of service business, CapMan Procurement Services (CaPS) Ltd. The transaction, valued at €75 million, is set to close on October 31, 2024.
