Bird & Bird is pleased to announce that it has advised BRIDOR (Groupe LE DUFF), a world leader in premium frozen bakery products, on its successful integration of LAURENT Bakery, Australia's leading bakery and Viennese pastry supplier.
Through this integration, BRIDOR strengthens its position as a global leader in the premium bakery sector on a worldwide scale.
LAURENT Bakery operates with a team of over 500 employees across two state-of-the-art production sites in Melbourne and a network of 18 own-name shops. Its renown extends beyond Australian borders, with distribution in New Zealand and Asia. In 2024, LAURENT Bakery recorded over 100 million euros in turnover.
The Bird & Bird team were led by Chris Clarke, Head of Corporate and Co-Managing Partner, Australia and Carole Bodin, M&A Partner France.
